Wendy Perrin has been interviewing travel agents and tour operators for articles within Condé Nast Traveler magazine for twenty years. Enabling her to establish a comprehensive directory for the most trusted travel providers in the industry. For the past ten years, Perrin has been evaluating agents for her “Top Travel Specialist” list. Each year she receives hundreds of new applications to this prestigious list, and only a small number make the cut. Following a rigorous screening process including a 47-question application with sample itineraries and client references, phone interviews and road-testing by her staff, the elite are chosen. For every one of those ten years Cruise Specialists’ Janet Lanterman has made the grade.
